Project Milestones
The project has three phases.
Phase one: Setting up our structure
Setting up an interim governance group
Finding a host organisation for the secretariat, and formalising the relationship with the host
Appointing a secretariat, including a Collective Director and Project Team members
Phase Two:
Developing the Strategy for Belonging and Inclusion document
Bringing in partners
Developing consultative mechanisms allowing communities to direct development of the Strategy
Mapping what is already being done across the country
Appointing a stewardship group, representative of the people of Aotearoa New Zealand
Phase three:
Implementation
(some aspects can happen as part of Phase two)
Setting up of Constellations, facilitated by the Secretariat, which will provide administrative support
Developing work programmes by the Constellations, based on the mapping in Phase two
Implementing programmes, regionally and nationally
Carrying out research and evaluation, to capture and share learning
